[thread][build] develop terminally broken?

All CI tests are currently failing with:

Hi, we are trying to fix this. See

is here a proposal to fix the issue.

"It should be three PRs applied in this order: Boost Build Boost Jamroot
Boost Thread"

We believe that doing one at a time wouldn't break anything.
It seems the first PR has broken the build.

Hoping we will have the other two PR soon.

Until those PRs are merged, what is the workaround to get things working
locally?
