[thread] Determinig the thread API

Boost - Dev mailing list
What determines whether the Boost thread library is built with pthreads
or win32 thread support if the threadapi feature is not specified when
building the library ?

It's win32 on Windows and pthread everywhere else.

Thanks ! It needs to be added to the Boost Build docs as a builtin feature.
