commit eec1dd6 not merged to master

Gyurgyik, Matthew S.
The other day I was trying to build boost 1.60.0 on ppc64le with gcc 4.9.3, but got stuck when building the test suite. Being green to C++ errors, I turned to IRC and was quickly pointed to this commit. https://github.com/boostorg/test/commit/f50e7bc9fed323c5705c0ed992c03e80eeec1dd6

Looking at that commit, it does not appear it has been merged into master. Was this simply overlooked? Is there anything I can do to help get it merged?

Thanks,
Matthew
