bjam --v2 boost build error

Alexei Alexandrov-2
Hi All,

I'm trying to build Boost 1.33.1 on Windows IA32 machine with bjam version 2. I
use msvc-7.1 tool for this, but I get the following error:

D:\src\3rd-parties\boost_1_33_1>bjam.exe --v2 msvc
warning: Python location is not configured
warning: the Boost.Python library won't be built
Building Boost.Regex with the optional Unicode/ICU support disabled.
Please refer to the Boost.Regex documentation for more information
(and if you don't know what ICU is then you probably don't need it).

Is it somewhat well-known bug? How can I fix it?

Reece Dunn posted a fix for this problem:
