[Spirit Devel] bug in karma_rule.hpp

Robert Nelson
To reduce compiler includes, I attempted to use karma_rule.hpp instead
of the the full blown karma.hpp

The following minimal program fails to compile on boost trunk:

#include <boost/spirit/include/karma_rule.hpp>

int main()
{
}

Thanks

Just a heads up: I'm working on a fix, but it might take while.

Thanks!
