Removing hash from Boost.Functional broke modules

Boost - Dev mailing list
See:

https://github.com/boostorg/type_index/issues/18

There is no forwarding header to keep things compatible.

The headers have been moved to boostorg/container_hash, but since they are
named boost/functional/*, depinst didn't know that it needs to install
container_hash instead of functional.

Should be fixed with
https://github.com/boostorg/boostdep/commit/7949865fa0398c0c68d49ac5503e2a6a8801bd9a.
