Looking at
http://www.boost.org/development/tests/develop/developer/python.html I
still don't see any numpy tests in the Boost.Python test suite. I'm not
sure what I need to do to reach out to the testers to tell them to add
python-numpy to the prerequisite packages in the development
environment. As was pointed out before,
http://www.boost.org/development/running_regression_tests.html is
extremely vague.

I would say this mailing list should be the primary method to reach
regression runners. Some of us provide contact information which you can
find by clicking the links at the top of summary table. But keep in mind we
are volunteers.
